Here is a disclaimer for some of the precautions our office will be taking for the ongoing pandemic.
To promote wellness and safety, we are resuming routine care with the following implemented new policies for both staff and patients at our office.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Upon arrival, please call us from your vehicle at 281-916-2020 to allow us to greet you at the door. Our staff will be opening doors for you at all contact points.
No more waiting inside our office! All information can be kindly taken over the phone. You can choose to do this from home or your vehicle at any time.
Only the patient will be allowed in the exam room. One parent/guardian is allowed in the exam room if the patient is a minor.
MASK
We ask that you come to your appointment wearing a mask. All staff and patients will be required to wear masks in the office. If you do not have a mask, our office has some available for purchase.
SANITIZING
Patients and physicians are required to wash their hands thoroughly before and after an exam.
Staff will sanitize every staff and patient contact area before and after each patient.
SCREENING
Our office is dedicated to screening both our staff and patients for COVID-19 related risk factors to maximize health and safety. If any of the following apply to staff or patient, they will be asked to reschedule their time at the office to a later date:
- Has had known exposure to someone with a confirmed diagnosis of COVID-19 in the last 30 days
- Has traveled outside of the state of Texas in the last 30 days
- Has traveled outside of the US in the past 2 months
- Has had coughing, shortness of breath, fever, sore throat, or other COVID-19 related symptoms in the last two weeks
- If the temperature is 100°F or greater
If you are unsure if any of the above applies to you or you are unsure on how to proceed, then our staff will be happy to provide you with recommended next steps, timetables for rescheduling, and resources.
